Strahd becomes available once the player has:
- Completed Towering Expectations with no Patron.
- 40 Champions unlocked.

Restrictions[ | ]
When running Strahd variants or Free Plays with Strahd, the following restrictions apply:
- Only Champions with INT score of 13 or higher can be used
Target area of variants is at least 300[° 1], and +150 areas compared to non-patron variants.
- ↑ However, time-limited variants keep the common target area as usual.
