Paultin Seppa is one of the Champions of Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms. He was obtained from the Grand Revel event, but is now only available through Time Gates or from purchasing a Paultin Champion Pack from the in-game shop.

Paultin is a Support Champion whose Murderbot son, Simon, rides atop his shoulders. Paultin increases Gold Find through his Lucky ability and increases the DPS of Champions who are not adjacent to him based upon the number of Champions who are with his Magical Secrets ability. Paultin doesn't always attack, choosing instead to drink from his wineskin or play his bagpipes while Simon shoots poison darts at enemies.

Once unlocked, you can swap this Event Champion with Jarlaxle in slot 4.

Backstory

“

Paultin and his 'son' Simon (AKA Murderbot) have been adventuring as part of the Waffle Crew for many years. Paultin is a wise-cracking adventurer who is more at home at a tavern than anywhere else. He cares deeply for those he considers his friends and will leap into action if anyone hurts them.

Abilities

Poison Dart – Base Attack

Simon attacks with a poisoned dart. Paultin attacks too, sometimes.

Lucky – Level 35 Ability

Paultin increases the party's gold find by 20% for each Champion adjacent to them.

Magical Secrets – Level 140 Ability

Paultin increases the damage of Champions not adjacent to them by 50% for each Champion that IS adjacent to them.

Thunderwave – Level 175 Ultimate Attack

Paultin swings the Sunsword, dealing massive damage to all enemies. The damage is increased by the current enemy enrage multiplier.

Stronger Together – Level 245 Ability

Increase the damage of Waffle Crew members in the formation by 150% for each member of the Waffle Crew in the formation (multiplicative).

Specialization Choice – Level 280

Luck of the Vistani

Paultin relies on the luck of the fortune-telling Vistani, increasing his gold find buff. Increases the effect of Paultin's Lucky ability by 50%.

Additional Secrets

Paultin tracks down more magical secrets, further increasing your party's damage. Increases the effect of Paultin's Magical Secrets ability by 100%.
