Krydle is one of the Champions of Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms. He was obtained from the The Running event and again since the 7th year of The Great Modron March event, or through Time Gates or from purchasing a Krydle Champion Pack from the in-game shop.
Krydle leads the party from the shadows and can be a hard-hitting tank or a valuable support, depending on what other Champions are present in the formation.
Once unlocked, you can swap this Event Champion with Celeste in slot 2.

Abilities[ | ]
Reverse Pickpocket — Basic Attack
- Krydle attacks a random enemy with his daggers. While doing so, he reverse pick-pockets a smokepowder bomb onto their person, which explodes for extra damage after 3 seconds if the enemy is not killed in the meantime.
From The Shadows – Level 50 Ability
- Increase the damage of all Champions in the back two columns of the formation by 100%.
Evasion – Level 100 Ability
- Krydle begins every area with stacks of Evasion equal to his Overwhelm. When Krydle gets attacked, as long as he has at least 1 stack of Evasion left, he dodges the attack completely and uses one stack of Evasion. Krydle restores 2 stacks of Evasion every second for each Healing Champion in the formation. Number of stacks can not surpass his Overwhelm. If a boss or enemies are enranged, max stacks are divided by the enraged multiplier, rounded down.
Overwhelming Odds – Level 150 Ability
- Krydle gains 5 Overwhelm for each Heroes of Baldur’s Gate Champion in the formation.
Charismatic Leader – Level 200 Ability
- Krydle increases the effect of From the Shadows by 100% for each Champion with the Heroes of Baldur’s Gate affiliation or a CHA score of 15 or higher, stacking multiplicatively.
Distracted Strike – Level 300 Ultimate Attack
- Krydle appears from the shadows behind a random enemy and brutally backstabs it for massive damage. The damage of this attack is increased by 200% for each Hero of Baldur's Gate in the formation (stacking multiplicatively).
Look Out! – Level 330 Ability
- Krydle reduces the damage taken by other Champions in the formation by 75%, assuming he has at least one stack of Evasion and is in the front-most column of the formation.
Specialization Choice – Level 400
Keep Your Friends Close
- Krydle focuses on other Champions, increasing their damage. Increases the effect of Charismatic Leader by 200%.
- Keep Your Enemies Closer
- Krydle focuses on enemies, increasing his health. Krydle’s base max health is increased by 75% for every 50 areas completed, up to area 600.
