The Emergence Events are temporary Events in Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms that last for about one or two weeks.

Obtaining Corrupted Gems[]

During the Emergence Events, you can earn Corrupted Gems Corrupted Gems by killing specific monsters that will appear on many Adventures, and by completing a daily quest linked to the current Emergence Event (playing Free Play games may be required in order to get all eligible drops).

Also during the Emergence Events, if you play an adventure that has enemies matching with the Emergence (i.e. playing a campaign on "The Fall of Ythryn" during the Construct Emergence Event, it will naturally generate Corrupted Gems Corrupted Gems. The Enemy types by location page may list several of the best locations for almost each monster-types present in the Bestiary (even if that list isn’t up-to-date).

Make sure to play online every day in order to avoid missing a daily quest reward ; and stay connected long time enough on the last Emergence day to reach the Corrupted Gems Corrupted Gems cap (the drop rate will increase if you are far from the cap in order to help you reaching it… usually you should be able reaching the final cap a few hours before the end of the Emergence Event).

There are a few ways gathering more Corrupted Gems Corrupted Gems even outside of an Emergence Event:

The Corrupted Gems Corrupted Gems can also be earned by doing specific Variants (see the list of Adventures with those Variants). There is no date restriction linked to earning Corrupted Gems thanks to these Variants (usually 1250 per completed variant).

With the introduction of the Guide and Collection Quests in late February 2024, some more Corrupted Gems Corrupted Gems can be earned by completing some of the Quests listed in those new menus (usually 250 or 500 per quest).

Since July 2024, with the introduction of Events Augments, Corrupted Gems Corrupted Gems can be earned thanks to temporary mechanics, such as Tier 2 and higher event variants award (Empowered Rewards) or as some of the Daily Rewards. Later events may have different acquisition system. However, most Events won’t offer Corrupted Gems Corrupted Gems related Augments.

Since January 2025, with the introduction of the Eric Champion, Corrupted Gems Corrupted Gems can be earned thanks to his Corrupted Gem Scavenger ability.

Ultimately, you may buy a lot more Corrupted Gems Corrupted Gems for Platinum (mainly obtained via real money) at the Thayan Enclave shop.

Using the Corrupted Gems at the Thayan Enclave[]

The earned Corrupted Gems Corrupted Gems allow you buying special rewards at the Thayan Enclave shop (available even after the end of the current Emergence Event). However, once a new Emergence Event starts, the rewards available at the shop from the previous Emergence Event get a remaining availability limitation that will expire at the end of the new Emergence Event.

Available rewards may be for example Marvelous Support Pigment (up to 10 per Emergence Event); Champions’ Golden Epic items, feats, or skins; Emergence Event Chests (in unlimited stock), Modron Components Chests (up to 8 per Emergence Event), and Gold Supply Chests (up to 8 per Emergence Event).
